Headquartered in Minnesota, Entrust is an industry leader in identity-centric security solutions, serving over 150 countries with cutting-edge, scalable technologies. But our secret weapon? Our people. It’s the curiosity, dedication, and innovation that drive our success and help us anticipate the future.
Position Overview:
At Entrust we put identity at the heart of digital-first experiences. The Entrust (formerly Onfido) Real Identity Platform, our SaaS remote identity verification solution provides an AI-powered platform for financial services to meet global regulatory needs, fight the world’s most sophisticated fraud, and enable seamless onboarding and access throughout the customer lifecycle.
As part of the Geo Expansion business line-focused on driving growth in new target markets - we prioritize a deep understanding of local regulatory environments and ensure our product is well-positioned for success. This initiative is highly cross-functional, and Technical Program Managers (TPMs) play a central role in driving collaboration.
In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with strong organizational skills to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from discovery through execution and go-to-market. You’ll support a core team of specialists in mapping compliance landscapes, identifying relevant certification frameworks, conducting product gap analyses, developing new features, and coordinating conformity assessments.
Working closely with Product Managers, you’ll help define the optimal path to market success while ensuring alignment across engineering, applied science, sales, marketing, user research, legal, and other key functions. You’ll also be responsible for communicating progress internally and externally, ensuring transparency, surfacing risks early, and keeping stakeholders informed at every stage.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead the successful delivery of complex programs. In this role, you will:
- Build and coordinate a cross-functional core team to drive execution.
- Ensure that both internal and external commitments are delivered on time and to a high standard of quality.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans and roadmaps.
- Lead program-level and quarterly planning cycles.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure alignment across the core team, keep stakeholders informed, and facilitate timely decision-making.
- Proactively manage interdependencies across teams and functions.
- Identify, monitor, communicate, and resolve risks and blockers efficiently.
- Continuously improve internal processes and tools by introducing industry best practices.
- Take ownership of audit and certification activities, including vendor selection, audit planning, onboarding subject matter experts, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Drive internal communications—such as newsletters—to increase visibility of your initiatives and highlight team achievements.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Over 5 years of experience successfully leading technical projects and programs from concept through to launch, across diverse software development environments.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences—translating complex technical topics into clear, accessible language that drives alignment and understanding.
- Fluent in both technical and business domains, adept at bridging the gap between engineering and non-technical stakeholders by articulating intricate ideas in straightforward terms.
- Well-versed in agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with hands-on experience driving iterative delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfortable navigating regulatory frameworks, working closely with legal teams and interpreting complex compliance requirements—particularly within the EU regulatory landscape—without being overwhelmed by legal or policy-heavy contexts.
- Experienced in launching products in new markets, with a strong track record of assessing regulatory, operational, and market-entry risks early—and implementing strategies to mitigate them effectively.
Desirable Experiences
- A strong advantage would be prior experience overseeing third-party conformity assessments or external/internal audit processes.
This is a one-year fixed-term contract (maternity cover).
