We are looking for a Senior Channel Manager to drive new and incremental business growth in India. In this role, you'll be the key to our expansion, building strong relationships with new and existing channel partners, and exceeding sales targets.

What You'll Do
Drive Channel Sales: You'll lead all sales activities through our channel partners, including Systems Integrators, Service Providers, and Technology partners. You'll work with their sales teams to identify new business opportunities and enable their success with sales collateral and joint customer presentations.
Manage Partner Relationships: You'll develop, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with our partners, understanding their business models and structuring agreements that meet their specific needs. You'll be their trusted advisor, providing "industry expert" level guidance to help them sell our products and services.
Expand Our Reach: You'll develop a full pipeline of qualified sales prospects by working with a network of channel partners and consultants. You'll create demand for our digital products and services, highlighting their value and clear differentiation in a complex sales environment.
Achieve Revenue Targets: You'll be responsible for meeting and exceeding all sales quotas by executing effective channel growth strategies.
What You'll Bring
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proven channel sales experience in the region, with a background in the IT security industry (hardware and/or software).
Experience with Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM system.
Strong financial acumen and a creative, strategic approach to sales.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
Experience with data protection, encryption, and cryptography is a plus.
The ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships with trust and credibility.
