  • Ensure hardware designs meet security certification standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., EMC, safety)

  • Drive innovation in hardware design, prototyping, and validation methodologies

  • Support the growth and development of junior engineers through mentoring and knowledge sharing

  • Champion continuous improvement in design processes, tool usage, and product quality

  • Assist in budgeting and tracking of hardware projects throughout the financial year

  • Represent hardware engineering in cross-functional planning and decision-making forums

  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field

  • Strong experience in high-speed digital design, embedded systems, and secure product development

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex hardware design initiatives

Expertise in:

  • 32/64-bit processor platforms

  • FPGAs and microcontrollers

  • Signal integrity, EMC, and safety standards

  • ECAD tools (preferably Altium)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, scalable solutions

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

  • Willingness and ability to work on-site in our Cambridge office

Preferred Qualifications:
