Accelerate Identity & Finance: Senior Sales Executive, Instant Issuance (Southeast Asia Focus)
Location: Southeast Asia Focus (Malaysia, Myanmar, Laos, Philippines)
Travel: Up to 50% International Travel
Are you a high-performing Solution Sales Specialist with deep experience in the financial or government ID sectors? Do you thrive on complex B2B sales, managing diverse channels, and driving significant revenue growth across multiple markets?
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to spearhead the direct and indirect sales strategy for our Instant Financial Issuance (IFI) and Instant ID Issuance (IIDI) solutions across Malaysia, Myanmar, Laos, and the Philippines. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role for an individual ready to be the single-point expert for cutting-edge issuance solutions in a dynamic region.
The Opportunity: Own the Market, Drive the Strategy
You will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, building a robust pipeline, and closing high-value deals with financial institutions and government agencies. This role requires managing a complex sales ecosystem, including Distributors, System Integrators, Resellers, and Value Added Resellers, while also engaging directly with high-profile accounts.
You will be the vital link between our customers and our internal teams (Marketing, Product, Professional Services), ensuring our sales plays are sharp, and our solutions meet the evolving needs of the market.
Key Accountabilities: What You'll Be Doing
Sales and Business Development (60%)
Pipeline & Revenue: Jointly accountable for achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets by driving and closing complex B2B sales of our solutions.
Strategy: Develop and review annual/quarterly business plans to align performance with strategic imperatives.
Expertise: Act as the expert for Payments and Identity instant issuance, eKYC, digital account opening, and Digital Card solutions, leading team-selling efforts with technical and account resources.
Relationships: Develop deep relationships with C-suite and senior-level decision-makers within target accounts, influencing product strategies and defining opportunities.
Market Growth: Research and analyze new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and channel plays, to expand market presence.
Channel & Client Relationship Management (20%)
Partner Enablement: Act as the main contact for channel partners, assisting with inquiries, resolving account conflicts, and coordinating training and marketing support.
Customer Satisfaction: Establish and maintain high-level client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the sales and service life cycle, including forecasting, pricing, contracts, and renewals.
Account Health: Monitor equipment aging and customer satisfaction with existing products, recommending replacements and upgrades as needed.
Market Knowledge & Planning (20%)
Intelligence: Provide critical competitive market and account intelligence to Product Marketing and Management teams to drive future development.
Administration: Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and manage sales and service expenses in line with corporate guidelines.
Product Mastery: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our Physical, Digital, and Identity (P&I) products, services, and applications.
Basic Qualifications: What You'll Bring
Minimum 10 years of experience in account planning and account management.
Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales of complex systems/solutions.
Minimum 5 years of experience selling to, and negotiating with, Senior-level management.
Proven experience working with, or selling to, the Financial card and/or Government ID industries.
Demonstrated strong business acumen.
Willingness to undertake up to 50% international travel to meet customers, partners, and prospects (approx. 80% of travel time).
Preferred Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate
Demonstrated exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex business and technical concepts.
Direct service management experience or responsibility for service deployment in relation to equipment sales.
