Position Overview:

The HR Business Partner is responsible for leading the delivery of expert, region-aligned HR support across the employee lifecycle. This role manages complex HR matters with a high degree of autonomy and serves as an escalation point for Regional and Associate HR Business Partners, ensuring consistent, compliant, and effective HR practices across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

HR Consultation & Regional Leadership

- Provide expert HR consultation to managers and employees on complex or high-risk HR matters.

- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, practices, and employment standards across the region.

- Act as an escalation point for complex issues managed by Regional and Associate HR Business Partners.

Employee Relations

- Lead complex employee relations cases, investigations, and case resolution with sound judgment and compliance focus.

- Coach managers on performance management, conduct issues, and resolution pathways.

- Partner with Legal and HR leadership on sensitive employee matters as required.

Talent, Workforce & Performance Management

- Lead execution of regional workforce and succession planning activities.

- Guide and facilitate performance management processes across the region.

- Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities for complex or senior roles within the region.

Culture, Engagement & Development

- Champion regional culture and engagement initiatives, tailoring programs to local and regional needs.

- Support leadership and team development initiatives through coaching and facilitation.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

- Lead regional implementation of HR initiatives and improvement efforts.

- Mentor and provide guidance to Associate and Regional HR Business Partners.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Extensive HR experience in a generalist or business partner role with regional or multi-site scope.

- Advanced expertise in employee relations, employment law, and performance management.

- Strong judgment, coaching capability, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Compensation Range:


The pay range for this position is $95,000 - $130,000 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on education, skills and experience.
