Are you a passionate marketing student ready to launch your career in a dynamic, international B2B environment? Entrust, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a motivated Field Marketing Specialist to join our EMEA team in Barcelona. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in executing go-to-market initiatives, supporting pipeline growth, and contributing directly to business outcomes across diverse regional markets.
About the Role
As a key member of our EMEA Field Marketing team, you will work side-by-side with experienced marketers and our sales team to generate and accelerate pipeline opportunities. You will be instrumental in executing targeted campaigns and events that drive demand, build relationships, and expand our market presence across diverse regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Campaign Execution:
Support the planning and execution of field marketing campaigns, including events, roundtables, webinars, social media, and email marketing.
Help manage and execute regional programs and customer events end-to-end.
Contribute to the development of region-specific initiatives that drive pipeline, revenue and engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with two Senior Field Marketing Managers and the EMEA Sales team to align marketing execution with business priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to elevate field marketing initiatives.
Performance Tracking & Insights
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives
Support reporting on pipeline contribution and program effectiveness
Who we're looking for:
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills and the ability to operate in an international environment.
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Initial experience in B2B marketing (internship, apprenticeship, or early career role)
Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
The ability to take initiative and work effectively within a team environment.
Must be fluent in English. Familiarity with Spanish and/or French is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with Asana and SalesForce is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
Practical experience supporting marketing programs, managing event logistics. Exposure to working with sales teams or in a B2B/technology environment
