Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage dashboards, performance reports, and analytics related to core revenue KPIs, including pipeline health, sales velocity, customer acquisition cost, net revenue retention, and other key business metrics.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to evaluate trends, identify opportunities, and address challenges in revenue operations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) to gather and centralize operational data for comprehensive analysis.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of data reports by maintaining strong data governance processes across relevant platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Work with leadership teams to define and standardize KPIs that align with corporate objectives.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize go-to-market strategies, streamline processes, and improve team performance.
  • Support forecasting and scenario planning efforts by identifying trends and insights from historical data.
  • Assist in ongoing revenue strategy projects, including pricing optimization, territory modeling, and customer segmentation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience (2-4 years) in data analytics, business intelligence, or revenue operations.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in SQL, R, Python, or other analytical tools for large-scale data analysis.
  • Proven experience creating and managing reliable KPI dashboards and real-time reporting frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
