About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Clinical Operations team as a Clinical Operations Intern. This role offers a valuable opportunity for someone seeking hands-on experience within a small bio-pharmaceutical company's clinical operations department. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting various aspects of clinical trial management, including document filing, meeting planning, and SOP writing.

In particular, you will:

Assist in the organization and maintenance of essential documents and records for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Provide administrative support for meeting planning, including scheduling, coordinating logistics, and preparing meeting materials.
Collaborate with team members to draft and type standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company guidelines.
Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient processes to streamline clinical operations activities.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to clinical trial conduct and documentation.

Position is based in our Paris Office

Start date ideally 15th July 2024 or 2nd Sept 2024

About you

Required qualifications / experience:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life sciences education or related field
A Convention de stage from your university is REQUIRED.
Prior experience or internship in a pharmaceutical company or clinical research organisation /clinical operations setting is nice to have.
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Workspace.
