As an early member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in paving our technical journey. We’re looking for a talented builder who has a demonstrated passion for all things NLP and Document AI to join us in Vienna!

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating custom training sets for various product feature models
• Fine-tuning base LLMs in distributed multi-GPU, multi-node cloud settings
• Creating optimized inference end-points for production model serving
• Writing custom ML Algorithms and heuristics in Python and lower-level languages

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of backend professional experience using Python, Unix Shell, C++, Java, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git with CI-CD Pipelines
• Proficiency with modern Machine Learning techniques and PyData stack — Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, Sklearn, Pytorch, NLTK, Spacy, HuggingFace
• Experience with model metrics frameworks such as Weights & Biases, Tensorboard, Comet ML, MLFlow, and Aim Stack
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks such as Langchain (LCEL), Llama-index, DSPy, Guardrails, and Guidance
• Experience Fine-tuning LLMs using HuggingFace PEFT and or deploying and serving LLMs in a production setting — SkyPilot, vLLM, TGI, Lorax
• Fluency in English required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field preferred

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Kubernetes
• Open-source project contributions
• Knowledge of a frontend web framework such as Vue.js, Angular or React
