The Role


In this role, you will play a critical part in managing human resources and administrative functions within the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You will be responsible for :

  • Designing and implementing a comprehensive onboarding program in coordination with various departments to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
  • Conducting orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and procedures.
  • Collaborating with the IT department to ensure timely provisioning of laptops and other necessary equipment for new and existing employees.
  • Maintaining an inventory of laptops and equipment, tracking allocations and returns.
  • Managing the end-to-end process of invoice payments including verifying, reconciling, and collaborating with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Overseeing the expense reimbursement process, reviewing and validating expense reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, benefits, and attendance.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • You have solid experience managing HR operations including onboarding talent, managing expense reimbursements, issuing and managing devices, and providing ad hoc support to senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of legal and statutory requirements of HR practices and manpower related laws in Malaysia and Singapore would be preferred.
  • You have solid organizational and prioritization abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • You also possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in order to liaise with employees, internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and can work well in geographically distributed teams.
