What You Will Do

Senior Stakeholder Management: Present regular project updates to VP & above on multiple AI initiatives.
Plan and Organize Projects: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Manage Risks and Issues: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively; maintain RAID logs and contingency plans.
Control Budgets: Prepare and monitor project budgets, track variances, and ensure financial compliance.
Execute and Monitor Delivery: Coordinate global cross-functional teams, track progress against milestones, and adjust plans as needed.
Communicate Effectively: Provide clear, timely updates through dashboards, reports, and stakeholder meetings.
Drive Process Improvements: Implement best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO framework.
Lead Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and AI-driven solutions. Engage stakeholders, manage resistance, and drive organizational readiness.

What You Bring

15+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Strong expertise in project planning, risk management, and budgeting for large-scale programs.
Demonstrated experience in AI-related projects, preferably involving Generative AI, Agentic AI, or advanced automation technologies.
Proven ability to lead change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption strategies.
PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or similar). Monday.com will be nice to have.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and driving innovation.
