What we do 🪵

Our mission is to empower building materials suppliers with great technology. There are over $1,000,000,000,000 of building materials bought in the US every year, and many of these transactions happen in on-prem point-of-sale systems. We want to bring these transactions online, enabling better experiences for contractors and homeowners alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Outreach 🔎

    • Proactively source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruiting platforms.

    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse talent 🏳️‍⚧️ for current and future openings.

  • Screening and Evaluation 🕵‍♂️

    • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in Rundoo.

    • Collaborate with hiring managers 👨‍💼 to understand role requirements and adjust evaluation criteria as needed.

  • Interview Coordination 📅

    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones.

    • Ensure timely communication 🌐 and follow-ups with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Applicant Tracking and Communication 🔧

    • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all candidate records are accurate and up-to-date.

    • Filter and review inbound applications 📄, forwarding only qualified candidates to hiring managers.

    • Draft and send rejection emails 🚫 to unqualified candidates in a timely and respectful manner.

  • Employer Branding 💌

    • Support initiatives to enhance Rundoo’s employer brand by promoting our culture and values through recruitment channels.

  • Process Improvement ⚙️

    • Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and implement best practices to streamline workflows.

    • Provide regular reports and analytics 🔄 on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction.

Qualifications 🔒

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration (Major in Human Resources or Management), Communication, or Industrial Relations.

  • Proven experience in recruiting, preferably for roles across both the Philippines and the United States.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 💬, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.

  • Exceptional organizational skills 🗂 and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with labor laws and hiring practices in the Philippines and the United States is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) 📋 and project management tools like Notion and Salesforce.

Work arrangement and other details 📋

  • Your schedule aligns with the required hours: Tuesdays to Saturdays, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Philippine Time.

  • Your availability to co-work in person once a month in Muntinlupa.

  • You have access to your own laptop and a high-speed internet connection.

Compensation and other benefits 💸

  • Earn $175 per week as an Independent Contractor.

Interview Process 📝

  • Screening Call (30 minutes): 📞 A remote call with Jackie, a Data Lead.

  • Interview (30 minutes): 💻 A remote interview with Amanda, Head of Finance, Recruiting, and Operations.

  • Homework Assignment (2-hour prep): 📝 After the introductory call, instructions for the homework task will be sent.

  • On-Site Interview (1 hour): 🏢 An in-person interview focusing on your ability to learn quickly.

  • Culture Fit Discussion (30 minutes): 🌟 A remote collaborative conversation with Sydney, focused on your background, career aspirations, and alignment with our company values.

  • Final Call (30 minutes): 🤝 A remote interview with Amanda, who will be managing you.

  • Reference Check: ✅ Provide two substantial references for evaluation.
