Founded in 2009 by serial entrepreneur Amr Salahieh, Shifamed LLC is a privately held medical technology incubator focused on the development of novel medical products to address clinical needs in the rapidly evolving fields of cardiology and ophthalmology.

As an AI Research Scientist (Medical Imaging) at Laza Medical, you will be an integral part of our mission to design, build, test and deploy an advanced automation system for a novel medical device. Your primary responsibility will be to develop creative solutions to unsolved image analysis challenges for our device. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams: robotics, ultrasound, clinical, and regulatory to bring these solutions to market. This is a full-time on-site position and will require reporting to our offices located in Campbell, CA.

Our salary ranges are calculated by role, level, and location. Please note that your position within that range will be determined by your job-related knowledge, location, skills, experience, relevant education, and training/certifications. The base salary range for this full-time position is between $160,000 - $180,000 + equity + benefits.
