About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Operations Manager to join our growing team. This critical role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our enterprise AI products throughout their lifecycle.
The Product Operations Manager will be instrumental in optimizing our product development processes, validating requirements with customers, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and driving product adoption and success. You will be responsible for streamlining workflows, implementing best practices, and leveraging data to inform strategic decisions, ultimately accelerating our product velocity and market impact. You’ll make our product development predictable, efficient, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Design, implement, and refine scalable product development processes, including roadmap planning, release management, feature rollout, and feedback loops.
- Cross-functional Alignment:
- Facilitate Product Development Flow adherence across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success
- Ensure decision escalation protocols function smoothly from team level to CEO when needed
- Implement processes so "status is visible without meetings" across all stakeholders
- Intelligence Gathering:
- Implement and enforce systemic process for validating customer needs to inform product development (Validation Track of Product Development Flow)
- Conduct competitive intelligence to monitor industry trends, benchmark competitors, and identify market gaps.
- Perform comprehensive market research to support strategic planning and go-to-market initiatives.
- Lead and manage Customer Advisory Boards to gather insights, build relationships, and align product strategy with customer expectations.
- Customer Partnership Operations:
- Beta Partner Program Management: Design and manage structured programs for customers to co-create solutions during development
- Customer Validation Processes: Implement systematic customer feedback collection during both Validation and Build tracks
- Customer ROI Tracking: Establish measurement systems to track and report customer ROI achievement against contractual commitments
- Tooling & Systems: Evaluate, implement, and manage product operations tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, product analytics platforms) to improve efficiency, data visibility, and workflow automation.
- Data & Insights:
- Track and report on cycle time, milestone predictability, and scope accuracy
- Measure customer satisfaction scores, NPS, and customer health metrics
- Monitor ARR impact attribution for product initiatives and features
- Assess Technology team certainty and Commercial team confidence in product understanding
- Release Management: Coordinate and manage product release cycles, ensuring all internal teams are prepared for new feature launches, updates, and deprecations.
- Enablement: Develop and deliver training materials, documentation, and enablement resources for internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Support) to ensure they are well-equipped to understand, sell, and support our products.
- Feedback Management: Establish and manage structured processes for collecting, prioritizing, and disseminating customer and internal feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
- Risk Management: Identify potential operational bottlenecks or risks in the product lifecycle and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Strategic Support: Partner with Product Leadership to support strategic initiatives, including market analysis, competitive landscaping, and long-term product planning.
Success Criteria

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or a similar operational role within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
- Proven experience working with AI/ML products or complex technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Experience with beta program management and customer partnership operations
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with product management and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Aha!).
- Data-driven mindset with experience in product analytics and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries
- Understanding of scientific validation processes and research workflows
- Experience with product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise IT environments.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
