Your mission

As an Account Executive, you will build and maintain strong relationships for our customers in the Automotive, Food & Beverage and Electronics industries. By understanding the unique needs and challenges of each customer and using our innovative product effectively, you will optimize warehouse management, reduce downtime and lower costs.

  • Be a central pillar for the success of SPARETECH in the early phase of our startup by contributing your own ideas and participating in decisions
  • Be responsible for our global key accounts and establish long-term customer relationships
  • Take sole responsibility for revenue and upselling activities of our SaaS customers and further develop upselling strategies and structures
  • Represent SPARETECH at our customers' premises and at trade fairs in Germany and abroad
  • Be significantly involved in the further development of our software, together with the product team

Become part of the team if you

  • 4-7 years of experience as an account executive in B2B enterprise sales and have successfully acquired new customers and expanded the accounts of existing customers in the past
  • Want to inspire customers and colleagues to break new ground to create the digital world of spare parts
  • You work in the manufacturing industry and have seen the inside of a factory building
  • Have already sold into the automotive, food and beverage, chemical or electronics industries (manufacturing industry)
  • Have completed a Bachelor's degree in a technically oriented or business management course of study
  • Are able to communicate confidently with customers and business partners from various industries and hierarchical levels (fluent in German and English) and show assertiveness through your binding appearance
  • Are not afraid of traveling and you are with potential customers between 2-3 days per week
