Your mission

As a working student IT Support (f/m/x), you will enrich our team by providing technical support and continuously maintaining and expanding our IT infrastructure through the use of innovative and modern cloud solutions. Become a part of the team if you

• Have a strong affinity for IT and technology and ideally have an ongoing degree in computer science, business informatics or a related field
• Have good knowledge of the common operating systems Windows and macOS and ideally initial experience in administration and user management in the MS Azure environment.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to find solutions to technical problems quickly and efficiently
• You are characterized by strong communication skills and service orientation. You have the ability to convey complex technical content in an understandable way and attach great importance to the satisfaction of all persons involved. You also have a very good command of German and English
• You have initiative, a sense of responsibility and a willingness to learn: You are motivated to continuously develop your skills and independently familiarize yourself with new topics in order to deepen your knowledge of IT. In all of this, you take responsibility for your areas of responsibility and are committed to their successful implementation
• You can work a minimum of 16 hours a week, mainly in the office in Stuttgart, with the possibility of one day in the home office
