As an AWS Business Development Representative you will manage Swarm’s AWS opportunity pipeline.

You will be the primary point of contact for leads provided by AWS, Swarm’s hives, and AWS.

The ideal candidate has a strong sense sense of ownership in an end-to-end sales process as well as drive in lead generation and prospecting.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and outreach

  • Document and classify leads provided by AWS according to customer segmentation
  • Launch email sequences, campaigns, and necessary follow-ups to surface warm leads

Account Management

  • Collaborate with Swarm’s hives in scheduling calls with potential customers
  • Update Swarm’s AWS Partner Portal for active opportunities
  • Communicate with AWS partner managers and account managers
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Collaboration and Reporting

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, product development, and AWS teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, pipeline status, and customer feedback for management review.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of AWS Partner Sales and Solutions process (plus points if you have the certification)
  • 1-2 years sales experience in tech/SaaS preferably outbound sales and cold calling
  • Strong communication skills focused on email campaigns and marketing
  • Experience with CRM tools
