Company Description
Swiftly is on a mission to help cities move more efficiently. We are the leading transit data platform for agencies to share real-time passenger information, manage day-to-day operations, and improve service performance. Today, over 145 transit agencies in 8 countries – including LA Metro, MARTA, SEPTA, MBTA, and WMATA – rely on Swiftly to improve on-time performance by up to 40% and increase passenger information accuracy by up to 50%. The result is better service reliability, increased ridership, and more efficient transit operations.
The Role
Given our anticipated hiring needs going into 2024, Swiftly will likely be looking for a part-time, limited-time recruiting contractor. Estimated time commitment is 10–20 hours a week, during regular business hours and ideally with overlap with Pacific Time, for a few months.
We’re looking for someone with enough recruiting experience to own searches end-to-end independently, partnering closely and effectively with hiring managers and hiring panelists as well as staying in close sync with our full-time People Team team members. Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and care for both candidate experience and business needs (budget, process, etc) are also required. Recruiting experience in the tech and startup industry strongly preferred.
* Location: open to most locations in the U.S. as well as Ontario, Canada
* Experience: 2–5 years of recruiting experience
* Salary Range: ~$40–$58 per hour depending on location and experience
