Would you like the flexibility to work remotely but with an office in Minneapolis for when you feel social? We are a young European technology company from Amsterdam growing in North America, and we are seeking a talented and motivated student to join our team as a Continuous Improvement Intern. As a Continuous Improvement Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our efforts to collect data to optimize our growth strategy and contribute to the overall improvement of our products and services.


Are you ready to learn A TON? You’ll collaborate directly with our Continuous Improvement Lead, our Enablement Lead and our team of Customer Success Managers and there’s nothing you won’t be able to get your hands dirty with, here's a list of what's in store for you:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to identify areas of opportunity for services and data storytelling.
  • Capture, analyze and synthesize data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Continuous Improvement Lead and Customer Success team to develop new service offerings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement tools for customers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data storytelling tools for internal use at SwipeGuide.
  • Assist customers in day-to-day questions & support.

We had five people and only a handful of customers in 2016, and today, we have thirty Swipees, 100,000+ platform users in 89 countries worldwide and are supporting customers like Heineken, Coca-Cola and PepsiCo!

      • Current Junior or Senior undergraduate pursuing Supply Chain and Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
      • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
      • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies;
      • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc) and data analysis tools;
      • Previous work experience in a Manufacturing, Services or Tech environment;
      • You are like us: you can self-manage and stay flexible to changing flows in a young technology company.
