What You'll Do
As a Product MLE, you will lead the scoping of the feature roadmap for the Taktile platform and be an active member of our engineering team.
You will work directly with senior leadership and the CTO to plan our scrum sprints, and lead the execution of the sprints. This includes transferring your learnings from customer issues into product features that improve our platform.
Analyze usage patterns, troubleshoot, and enhance the user experience of the Taktile platform. This requires knowing the product code-base well enough to support debugging and triaging efforts.
Develop new features for the Taktile platform, which requires strong software engineering skills in Python, as well as a thorough understanding of statistics and ML methods in production.
Take ownership of customer interactions, including on-call rotation, stakeholder management, and recurring check-ins.
Ideal, But Not Required
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
Understanding of cloud architecture and computing concepts
Deep expertise writing backends in Python (we're using FastAPI)
Experience with data visualization
Domain expertise in financials services industry (banking, insurance, capital markets, payments, etc.)
Proficiency in German, or a willingness to learn
