Taktile was founded by machine learning and data science veterans with extensive experience building and running production ML in financial services.
Our team consists of engineers, entrepreneurs, and researchers with a diverse set of backgrounds. Some of us attended top universities such as Harvard, Oxford, and Stanford and some of us have no degree at all.

That's where you come in.
As the new HR Intern, you will be Taktile's ambassador to our future employees. You will collaborate closely with our HR team to ensure the efficient management of the entire employee lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will encompass managing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing feedback and support. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our HR systems, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. By handling these essential tasks, you will contribute significantly to shaping the company's growth and ensuring we maintain a high standard of employee satisfaction and performance. You will interact closely with our product, tech, and sales leadership teams, head of business operations, and founding team members to coordinate interviews, assess candidates, and manage various HR activities.
