That's where you come in.

As an Applied AI Engagement Manager at Taktile, you’ll work closely with our enterprise customers to implement complex solutions and ensure they unlock maximum value from our platform. This role is central to our mission of transforming customers' decisioning infrastructure to optimize and automate mission-critical business decisions.

You’ll collaborate across Taktile’s Solutions, Product, and Sales teams, as well as with external partners, to support customers throughout their entire lifecycle, driving strategic outcomes and sustained impact.

About You

  • Curious & Creative – You love uncovering innovative ways to solve customer challenges and enjoy diving into the technical and business implications for both the customer and the Taktile platform.

  • Technically Fluent – You have a strong technical foundation and can clearly communicate complex technical challenges and solutions to both engineers and customers, based on knowledge of APIs, Python and SQL. Ideally you have strong experience working with LLMs to create complex business applications generating real business value.

  • Experienced - You have 4-6 years of experience in technical consulting, implementation of complex B2B SaaS products or technical customer-facing roles at high-growth startups or enterprises in B2B SaaS, and have implemented AI in an enterprise environment

  • Clear Communicator – You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and are effective across all levels of an organization.

  • Entrepreneurial – You’re hands-on, proactive, and excited to help shape both the product and the company. You go the extra mile to deliver exceptional solutions.

  • Team Player - You enjoy working cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Sales, Solutions, Support, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

  • Organized – You’re comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations, even in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.

  • Mobile – Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

What You'll Do

  • You will act as the project manager for enterprise customers post-sale and coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Solutions, Data) to deliver high-impact projects on time

  • You translate business problems into detailed technical solutions and drive implementation together with customer teams - with a focus on AI use cases

  • You will closely collaborate with Taktile’s Account Executive and Customer Value Engineers to build strong relationships with executive level stakeholders as well as Taktile’s core users within customer teams

  • Identify new opportunities for product expansion and adoption within customer accounts and continuously gather feedback and insights to inform product development and iterate on delivery playbooks with our product and engineering teams

Ideal, But Not Required

  • You have acquired domain expertise in the financial services industry (banking, insurance, lending, payments, etc.)

  • You have gained initial experience in leading a team

  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills and have a hands-on mentality
