About the role

Taktile exists to create value for organizations through smarter and safer decisions at scale. • Taktile is based in Berlin, London and New York City.

  • Taktile was founded by machine learning and data science veterans with extensive experience building and running production ML in financial services.

  • Our team consists of engineers, entrepreneurs, and researchers with a diverse set of backgrounds. Some of us attended top universities such as Harvard, Oxford, and Stanford and some of us have no degree at all.

  • Our team has accumulated extensive work experience at leading tech companies such as Google, Amazon, and Meta, startups, and the enterprise software sphere.

  • Our backers include Y Combinator, Index Ventures, Balderton Capital, Tiger Global and stellar angels such as the founders of Looker, GitHub, Mulesoft, Datadog, and UiPath.

We’re backed by some of the world’s leading investors and show great traction with scale-ups and large enterprises across the financial services industry. We are looking to build on this success by designing a world-class organization across all seniority levels and hierarchies.

That's where you come in.

As our first RevOps hire, you’ll be the central connector between Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, and Finance - owning the strategy, systems, processes, and analytics that power our revenue engine. This is a unique opportunity to shape the way we scale.

This role reports into Finance, enabling an independent, cross-functional vantage point on revenue performance, process optimization, and planning.

  • Organized – You’re comfortable managing multiple cross-functional projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations, even in ambiguous and fast-changing environments

  • You are open to a hybrid work model - You can work from our NYC office at least three days per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Build & Own RevOps Infrastructure

    • Manage our CRM and GTM tool stack and add state of the art tooling as needed in close collaboration with GTM leadership (e.g., HubSpot, project delivery tools, CPQ, time tracking)

    • Design and implement scalable processes across the full customer lifecycle, and work with BDs, AEs, CSMs and sales leadership to maintain clean CRM hygiene and full funnel visibility

    • Ensure data quality and integrity across GTM systems in collaboration with data and finance team

    • Act as a commercial checkpoint for deal structures, ensuring order forms and quotes meet internal standards
