We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented FP&A Specialist to play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and decision support activities. The role will report directly to the Finance Director.
What you will do
- Partner with business leaders to develop and maintain annual budgets
- Lead the monthly and quarterly forecasting process
- Assist with the preparation of financial models and business plans
- Prepare comprehensive financial analyses, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modelling, to support decision-making and drive performance improvement
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track business performance and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations, investor materials, and other ad hoc financial reports as needed
What you need to be successful
- BSc from a top university in any subject
- 2-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles
- Proficient with accounting systems
- You are a MS Excel/GSuite wizard
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information into clear and actionable insights
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with a passion for driving business results and delivering value to stakeholders
