We are looking for a Head of B2B Marketing who will join our team of 10, to anchor our B2B2B go-to-market activities across marketing and partnerships across the commerce ecosystem (comprising ecommerce platforms, PSPs and merchants). 🧞

About Trudenty:

The Trudenty Trust Network provides personalised consumer fraud risk intelligence for fraud prevention across the commerce and payments ecosystem, starting with first-party and APP fraud prevention.

We are at an exciting point in our journey, as we go to market and drive growth of The Trudenty Trust Network. We are a remote team, that co-works from London frequently. So easy travel into London should be possible for everyone in our team.

The role

We are looking for a Head of B2B Marketing who will join our team of 10, to anchor our B2B2B go-to-market activities across marketing and partnerships with ecommerce platforms and PSPs. You will work with our partners to drive effective marketing to merchants, driving conversion on the Trust Network. You will also manage the relationships with merchants, being the first point of contact for any merchant related queries. As such, you will also have regular collaboration with our product team to ensure merchant feedback is integrated to enhance the impact and value creation.

A bit more on what you’ll do:

  • B2B Marketing: Creating the marketing assets needed to convert merchants across our partner networks, driving the marketing motion across partner networks and building our case studies around the value proposition.
  • Partnership development: Work with our partners to identify and prioritise merchants in partner networks, work across partner platforms to define marketing campaigns, support and incentivise our partner champions.
  • Customer success: Support merchant onboarding and queries. Work closely with the product team to gather market feedback, assist in shaping the product roadmap, and ensure alignment between market needs and product features.
  • Strategic Projects: Lead and support special high-priority projects that are critical to scaling our value proposition across merchants. E.g., new market entry strategies, competitive analysis, internal process improvements and pricing.
  • Data & Analytics: Use data-driven insights to optimize decision-making across functions like GTM, sales, and marketing.

About You

This role is yours if you have existing ecommerce experience working with merchants (e.g., brand & retail), have an understanding of what drives consumer sales for merchants, are skilful at formulating effective value propositions that can be translated into impactful marketing collateral and case studies to drive conversion across the Trust Network.

You are excited to join our team to be an individual contributor, and have the ambition and ability to grow and lead this team as we grow. Needless to say; you are proactive, hands-on, and adaptable to navigate the fast-paced, ever-changing startup environments.

What we’re looking for:

  • High-growth startup experience in a relevant space involving working with brand and retail merchants e.g., ecommerce platforms or in PSPs.
  • Exceptional Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify issues, propose solutions, and execute in a resource-constrained environment.
  • Strategic Thinker with Execution Focus: Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in execution, managing projects from ideation through implementation.
  • Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Capable of conveying complex information succinctly to various stakeholders, including investors, partners, and internal teams.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Skilled at leveraging data to inform strategy, improve processes, and drive results.
  • Highly Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift rapidly.
