Your responsibilities
We are hiring a Business Development Representative (F/M/D) to join our growing sales team and identify new business opportunities for CELUS Design Platform. In this position you will develop potential leads, converting them into sales opportunities, and ultimately driving them to successful sales wins. Furthermore you will:
- Develop strategies and tactics to create sales opportunities, enhancing the company’s sales pipeline
- Create and manage sales pipeline at targeted accounts, focusing on high-potential prospects
- Strategically convert leads into sales meetings, and drive these meetings to result in successful sales wins
- Define and implement workflows and best practices to ensure an optimal conversion rate from leads to orders
- Develop and implement repeatable and scalable processes to support the growth of the sales organization
- Represent the company at trade shows and other industry activities globally, and support direct customer meetings as required to drive business growth
