In this role, you will serve as a technical expert for our customers, advocating our CELUS Design Platform. Your insights and expertise will be crucial in driving forward product development and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will serve as a technical expert for our customers, advocating our CELUS Design Platform. Your insights and expertise will be crucial in driving forward product development and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Working closely with customers to understand their requirements, helping to align our product to the customer’s use cases and needs
- Collaborate on creating compelling demos of the capabilities of our software
- Provide feedback to the CELUS product team to strengthen the features and value of our product
- Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements
- Develop and deliver customer onboarding programs, including training sessions and workshops, to ensure successful product adoption and user satisfaction
- Create and maintain knowledge-based content such as tutorials, FAQs, and documentation to support customers and enhance their user experience
