Every day, surgeries are delayed because medical devices don't arrive on time. Operations teams waste countless hours on phone calls, texts, and emails trying to track down critical equipment. At Deviceflow, we're not just building another SaaS platform - we're directly improving patient outcomes by ensuring life-saving medical devices are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

Remote-First, Results-Oriented Culture

We believe exceptional talent exists everywhere, not just in Silicon Valley. That's why we've built Deviceflow as a fully remote-first company from day one. Our culture prioritizes:

  • Outcomes over hours - We measure success by impact, not time in seat

  • Autonomy with accountability - Own your domain, deliver exceptional results

  • Deep work over busy work - Focus on solving meaningful problems

  • Transparency and trust - Open communication, shared context, distributed decision-making

  • Mission-driven excellence - United by our commitment to transform healthcare operations

Why We’ll Win

1. Massive Market at an Inflection Point

  • $200B+ US medical device market experiencing unprecedented operations pressure (revenue up 3.8% while costs exploded 12.8%)

2. Proven Team with Unfair Advantages

  • Founded by serial entrepreneurs who sold Carevoyance (H1 Insights acquisition) and another venture while serving these exact customers

  • Deep domain expertise: 15+ years in medical technology, existing Fortune 500 relationships

3. Founder-Market Fit Validation

  • Shortcutting sales cycles with direct access to decision makers

  • $700K pipeline before raising capital

4. Capitalized to win

  • Funded to scale from pilots to 20+ enterprise customers

Why Deviceflow
