Position Overview: EvolutionIQ is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Strategy and Operations to lead high impact initiatives critical for the continued growth momentum. This role will report to the VP of Strategy and will be pivotal in executing on the top priorities for the leadership team, acting as a thought partner for the CEO, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate complex business challenges.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive highest priority client outcomes: Lead execution of key initiatives at our largest clients. Initiatives could span from driving greater product impact to identifying and building conviction on upsell .​
  • Strategic deep dives: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of growth areas, product development, and infrastructure to inform future strategies, including market entries, pricing strategies, and organizational realignments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic initiatives.​
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize SQL and other analytical tools to extract and analyze data, supporting informed business decisions.​

Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: 4-5 years in management consulting at a top-tier firm or strategy and operations in the Technology sector, with a proven track record of leading strategy and growth oriented initiatives - Experience in the Insurance sector highly preferred​
  • Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex ambiguous projects.​
  • Analytical Skills: Experience with data analysis to inform strategic decisions. Basic proficiency with SQL to extract data from multiple internal systems​
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.​
  • Educational Background: Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.​

  • Compensation: The salary range for this role is up to 240K base with flexibility, plus a meaningful equity plan.
