Your Impact: The Office Manager & Executive Assistant will play a key role in running day to day office operations and providing executive administrative support to our Co-founders. This person will be the go-to person for all employees and office visitors and is responsible for everything from making sure the office is fully equipped, event planning, anticipating the needs of our leadership team, and much more. About You:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager and/or Executive Assistant, or similar role, for a fast-paced startup demonstrating excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and solve problems.
- Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments interfacing with everyone from logistics personnel to executive stakeholders.
- Skilled at asking the right questions to understand each Executive’s pain points and preferences, enabling you to provide highly tailored support to our three co-founders.
- Your collaborative approach makes you an invaluable team player, always seeking solutions and opportunities to positively contribute to the team’s success in a dynamic and fluid work environment.
- Your results-oriented mindset drives you to set and surpass ambitious goals, continuously striving for excellence and utilizing data-driven insights to measure success.
- Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Enjoy being around dogs and are happy to run a dog-friendly office environment.
In This Role You Will:
- Take ownership of office operations, ensuring a delightful experience for all team members and visitors.
- Oversee the day-to-day office activities, including maintaining office supplies, managing equipment, coordinating daily lunch deliveries and handling facilities-related matters.
- Assist C-suite executives and team members with various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements and even some dog walks from the office.
- Lead the planning and execution of both onsite and offsite events, such as happy hours, holiday parties, trade shows, and company offsites.
- Work closely with team leaders to bring their ideas for office culture and logistics support to life.
- Collaborate with the People & Recruiting teams to support their efforts, from scheduling interviews to coordinating candidate travel logistics through to promoting strong company culture & team building activities
- Support all internal teams with group travel and event logistics.
- Be present in the office 5 days per week to provide support and maintain an engaging in-office presence.
