About the Role

As an Enterprise Sales Leader, you will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer. In this position, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the sales strategy for Kustomer, with responsibility for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance high-level sales strategy with day-to-day operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in unlocking revenue in new regions for a high-growth SAAS business a proven track record in developing and executing long-range sales plans, and is passionate about delivering and exceeding revenue goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy:
    Collaborate across sales leadership and GTM teams to define and execute quarterly and annual sales goals in alignment with overall business objectives. Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed ARR growth targets year-over-year.

  • Team Development:
    Ability to recruit a sales team through networking and leveraging a network. Must have a proven track record of developing high caliber talent and improiving the skills of their direct reports. Proven track record of retaining employees and promoting employees through their orgs.

  • Quota Attainment:
    Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas by driving the sales process forward, from prospecting through to deal closure. Guide the sales team in executing on key strategies that result in closing new business.

  • New Client Acquisition:
    Lead efforts in acquiring new clients by managing the full sales life cycle. This includes prospecting, delivering tailored product demonstrations, effectively communicating the company’s value proposition, and successfully closing deals.

  • Market Positioning:
    Maintain a deep understanding of the CX landscape, positioning Kustomer effectively to differentiate in the market. Serve as an industry thought leader, representing the company at events, and growing brand presence.

  • Product Demonstration & Value Delivery:
    Articulate the company's value proposition, core values, and competitive advantages through compelling product demonstrations and conversations with prospective clients. Ensure the sales team is able to effectively communicate these aspects.

  • Customer Onboarding:
    Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients, facilitating strong relationships and smooth transitions to long-term customer success.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands. Collaborate to refine messaging and positioning for new customer acquisition.

  • Industry Engagement:
    Attend industry events and conferences to grow Kustomer’s presence and build relationships with key stakeholders in the market. Network to create new business opportunities and keep a pulse on industry trends.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in SAAS sales leadership roles, preferably in the customer experience sector.

  • Proven track record of driving year-over-year ARR growth, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, and closing complex sales cycles.

  • Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies for enterprise and mid-market clients.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams

  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, including ARR, LTV, CAC, and churn.

  • Exceptional ability to deliver product demonstrations and communicate the value proposition to clients.

  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools to drive decision-making and forecasting.

  • Deep knowledge of the competitive landscape in the CRM / SAAS sector.

  • Understanding of the partner and channel landscape in NORAM / EMEA

  • Experience with Sales Methodology: MEDDPICC, Sandler, SPICED
