About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Executive at FIS, you’ll be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives across the UK and Ireland, focused on our market-leading core banking and payments solutions. You’ll engage with financial institutions to deliver innovative technology that transforms how banks operate and serve their customers.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across core banking and payments portfolios.
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers at Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and solution consulting teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales within financial services, specifically selling to banks in the UK&I.
  • Strong domain expertise in core banking systems and payment technologies.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence senior executives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for fintech innovation.
