About the role:
As a UI PATH Automation Developer in our UiPath Center of Excellence (CoE) at FIS, you will design and implement RPA solutions to automate critical financial processes, driving efficiency and compliance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll analyze workflows, develop scalable automations, and maintain bots to support our fast-paced fintech environment. Comprising skilled developers, business analysts, and system architects, we leverage UiPath's cutting-edge RPA technology to streamline processes, enhance compliance , and deliver scalable solutions that empower our organization to thrive in a fast-paced fintech landscape.
What you will be doing:
- Developing RPA Workflows: Design, build, and test robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath to automate repetitive financial processes like data reconciliation, transaction processing, or compliance checks.
- Process Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts to map and analyze existing processes, identifying automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Maintaining and Optimizing Bots: Monitor deployed bots, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows to ensure reliability and performance under changing business conditions.
- Integrating Systems: Work on integrating UiPath automations with fintech systems (e.g., core banking platforms, payment gateways) using APIs or database connections to enable seamless data flow.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit and end-to-end testing of automation scripts to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with fintech regulatory standards.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation for automation processes, including design specifications, user guides, and maintenance protocols to support scalability.
What you bring :
- 5 to 7 Years of experience in C#, VB.NET, or Python, with hands-on experience in UiPath or similar RPA platforms.
- Ability to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate requirements into efficient RPA workflows.
- Aptitude for troubleshooting and optimizing automation scripts to ensure reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and compliance stakeholders.
- Commitment to producing high-quality, secure, and well-documented code that adheres to fintech standards and best practices.
- Initial 2-3 months should be willing to work in US Day shift
Added bonus if you have:
- Advanced UiPath Certifications: UiPath Advanced Developer or Orchestrator certifications, demonstrating deep expertise in RPA development and deployment.
- Knowledge of AI/ML: Exposure to incorporating AI/ML capabilities (e.g., UiPath AI Fabric) into automation workflows for enhanced decision-making.
- DevOps Familiarity: Experience with CI/CD pipelines or version control systems (e.g., Git) to streamline RPA development and deployment processes.
