About the Role

As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process by leveraging deep product and technical expertise to uncover client requirements, identify solution gaps, and craft tailored, scalable architectures. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver compelling solution narratives, drive strategic engagements, and support global business growth.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Partner with sales teams to understand prospect needs and translate them into viable technical solutions.
  • Deliver persuasive product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution deep-dives to prospective clients.
  • Identify product functionality gaps and recommend innovative workarounds or enhancements.
  • Lead or contribute to RFI/RFP responses, addressing integration, security, compliance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Functional Pre-Sales to design and package optimal solutions.
  • Plan and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate solution fit and feasibility.
  • Facilitate Project Definition Studies (PDS) through workshops, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and maintain pre-sales assets and support internal enablement on product capabilities.

What You Bring

  • Strong understanding of core banking systems or payment solutions.
  • Experience with modern technologies such as Kubernetes, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Kafka, REST APIs, OIDC, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud).
  • Familiarity with messaging systems (e.g., MQ) and observability tools like Splunk.
  • Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles.
  • Ability to deliver clear, engaging presentations to both technical and business audiences.
  • Skilled in responding to complex RFI/RFPs and documenting client requirements.
  • Experience contributing to large-scale solution designs and enterprise proposals.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
