About the role:
The Investor Services team in Poznań is currently looking for an experienced representative to support clients across the EMEA region, with a strong focus on the UK market. This role is based in our contact center and involves handling inbound client inquiries, providing high-quality service and support.
It’s an exciting opportunity for team members who are motivated to grow and develop their careers within the customer service department.
What you will be doing?
Delivering exceptional customer service via inbound calls in a fast-paced, team-oriented contact center environment. You’ll use an automatic call distribution system and work across multiple transfer agent platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
This is a service-focused role—no sales, persuasion, or complaint handling involved.Choosing your work style: You can work remotely (with a secure, confidential setup), from our Poznań office, or in a hybrid model—whatever suits you best.
Working full-time, Monday to Friday, from 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM CET.
Engaging in continuous learning, including regular training sessions and updates on financial regulations, to stay sharp and informed.
What you will need:
High proficiency in spoken English and ability to communicate.
Strong technical skills ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and navigate various systems at once.
High-speed internet with ethernet access.
Ability to productively handle inbound telephone calls and meet performance goals.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Investment industry or financial experience is a plus.
College degree (or currently working towards one) or financial customer service experience desired.
