FIS is seeking a driven and strategic Sales Executive to lead new business development for our insurance technology solutions across Central and Eastern Europe. Based in Poland, you’ll work with insurers to modernize policy administration, improve operational efficiency, and respond to evolving regulatory and customer demands.

FIS® Insurance Policy Administration Suite is a comprehensive platform supporting life, health, and annuity products. It enables insurers to manage multiple lines of business through a single system, accelerate speed to market, and streamline operations with configurable workflows and business process automation. The solution integrates seamlessly with other FIS offerings, delivering end-to-end straight-through processing and enhanced data visibility.

Market Context
The CEE insurance market is experiencing strong growth, with gross written premiums rising 7.6% year-on-year to €26.35 billion. Poland leads the region with a 13.4% increase, driven by both life and non-life segments. As insurers face rising claims costs and regulatory complexity, the demand for scalable, flexible technology is accelerating.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition across the CEE region, focusing on insurers in Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent progression through the sales cycle.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to regional insurance trends and client needs.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand operational challenges and position FIS solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal product, solution, and delivery teams to craft compelling, client-specific proposals.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM (Dynamics) and report on pipeline health and performance.
  • Stay informed on regional insurance regulations, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Promote the full suite of FIS insurance solutions, including policy administration, risk management, and compliance tools.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven sales experience in financial or insurance technology, ideally within the CEE region.
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations, policy administration, and regulatory requirements.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (additional CEE languages a plus).
  • A well-established network within the regional insurance community.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A consultative, client-first approach to business development.
