About the Role:

As a Programmer Analyst at FIS, you’ll be at the forefront of fintech innovation—designing and building next-generation solutions that redefine how the world pays, banks, and invests. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies to develop, implement, and support scalable software applications that power financial ecosystems globally.

About the Team

You’ll join a dynamic, cross-functional team of engineers, analysts, and product experts focused on delivering high-performance financial solutions. Our teams operate in agile environments, embracing DevOps practices, continuous integration, and cloud-native architectures to accelerate delivery and maximize impact.

What You Will Be Doing

• Designing and developing robust, scalable program logic for new applications and enhancing existing systems.

• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern programming languages and frameworks.

• Debugging, testing, and deploying software components across development, staging, and production environments.

• Integrating APIs, third-party services, and internal modules to ensure seamless functionality.

• Collaborating with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases and continuous improvement.

• Participating in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.

What You Will Need

• Proficiency in C/C++ programming, UNIX environments and business logic modelling.

• Strong understanding of modern software development life cycles (Agile, Scrum, CI/CD).

• Experience with enterprise-grade systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

Added Bonus If You Have

• Experience with fintech platforms, payment gateways, or banking systems.

• Knowledge of secure coding practices and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).

• Exposure to data analytics, machine learning, or blockchain technologies.

• Contributions to open-source projects or fintech communities.
