About the Team

We work with various Derivative Exchanges, Clearing Brokers and FIS teams supporting the front to back trade lifecycle, from post trade execution through to settlement. We form partnerships with our client’s oversight & control groups, trading desks and client services to ensure our contractual commitments are executed and completed in adherence to our Standard Operating Procedures, Risk & Control Framework and Service Level Agreements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work with various derivative exchanges, clearing brokers and FIS teams supporting the front-to-back trade lifecycle, from post-trade execution through to settlement.
  • Partner with client control groups, trading desks, and client services to ensure our contractual commitments are executed.
  • Execute contractual obligations in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk & Control Framework, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of day-to-day services, the control environment, and the overall client experience.

What You Bring

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business management, finance or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in financial services/asset management operations, or work in a multinational bank/financial institution.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and Excel).
  • Advanced troubleshooting, critical thinking, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Capable of working effectively in a high-pressure, fast paced environment.
  • Effective team player with team-oriented mindset around success and desire to learn new systems and processes

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Experience with regulatory requirements around client margining and trade allocations.
  • Understanding of OTC cleared products, futures trading operations, as well as average price and allocation procedures.
