About the team

The primary purpose of the Business Analyst II role within the BPS Transfer Agency organization is to lead and coordinate the Client Documentation Team’s efforts in developing, analyzing, and validating business requirements for post-sales forms. This role plays a key part in supporting service deliverables and strategic initiatives by driving process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency, and aligning documentation workflows with evolving business needs. The BA II collaborates closely with Global Shared Services and cross-functional teams, often managing multi-site projects of moderate complexity that require initiative, independent judgment, and resource coordination.

What You Will Be Doing

Client-Facing Documentation (Asia-EMEA Transfer Agency)

  • Drive the development and delivery of post-sale client-facing materials, ensuring consistency in content, design, version control, approvals, production, and distribution.
  • Lead or contribute to the review and refinement of documentation to align with evolving business needs.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for BPS TA offices regarding post-sale client documentation.

Project Support

  • Contribute to regulatory, strategic, and tactical initiatives that support BPS TA deliverables, providing subject matter expertise and documentation leadership as needed.

Ongoing Responsibilities

  • Manage team communications, including email and voicemail correspondence.
  • Actively participate in and facilitate team and divisional meetings.
  • Independently plan and manage daily activities to meet objectives.
  • Apply sound judgment and decision-making aligned with departmental and corporate policies.

Required Education & Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat Pro, particularly for the creation and formatting of client-facing documentation.
  • Familiarity with documentation standards and regulatory requirements.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Services, with a strong focus on the Transfer Agency domain
  • Proven track record of managing or contributing to small- to medium-scale initiatives
  • Solid understanding of systems development life cycles, including waterfall, agile, and other modern project methodologies
  • Strong grasp of Business Analysis standards, with the ability to apply them effectively in dynamic environments
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Adobe Pro or Adobe InDesign for document preparation and formatting
  • Exceptional customer service orientation, fostering high satisfaction among internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently under pressure
  • Effective problem-solving and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Access, and MS Project
  • Good Team Player.

  • Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
  • Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for Capital Markets BPS organization
  • Knowledge of Capital Markets, financial instruments and products.
  • Good command of at least one other European language
