About the Role
As a Sales Executive for Capital Markets in Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for driving growth by selling FIS’s comprehensive suite of buy and sell side solutions—including Front Arena (FA), Investment Accounting Manager (IAM), Private Capital Suite (PCS), Securities Financing Transactions (SFT), and Cross-Product (CP). You’ll work with leading financial institutions in the region, helping them transform their operations with cutting-edge fintech solutions that support trading, investment, and post-trade processes.
About the Team
The FIS Capital Markets Sales team is a high-performing group focused on strategic growth across the MENA region. We specialize in delivering tailored solutions to buy and sell side institutions, leveraging deep domain expertise and a robust technology portfolio. Our team is committed to building long-term client relationships and expanding FIS’s footprint in Saudi Arabia’s rapidly evolving financial landscape.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading sales efforts for FIS’s buy and sell side solutions (FA, IAM, PCS, SFT & CP) in Saudi Arabia.
- Identifying and acquiring new clients through strategic prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities across key financial institutions in the region.
- Developing and executing account-specific sales strategies aligned with client needs and market dynamics.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to tailor proposals and ensure successful solution delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in Dynamics CRM.
- Staying informed on local market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape.
- Driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities across FIS’s Capital Markets solution suite.
What You Bring
- Proven sales experience in financial technology, ideally within Capital Markets.
- Strong understanding of buy and sell side operations and related technology solutions.
- Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian financial ecosystem, including key players and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
