About the Role
As a Senior Sales Manager within the Office of the CFO (OoCFO) suite, you will lead a team of experienced sales executives focused on delivering innovative Treasury and Payment Solutions to CFOs and finance leaders across global enterprises. You’ll drive strategic growth, foster client relationships, and ensure your team exceeds performance targets in a fast-paced, fintech-driven environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of quota-carrying sales professionals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with OoCFO priorities and market opportunities.
- Drive new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts across Treasury and Payment portfolios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance) to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Monitor team performance, coach for success, and manage incentive compensation.
- Represent FIS at industry events, client meetings, and internal leadership forums.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies, pricing strategies, and governance standards.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior leadership.
What You Will Need
- Proven experience in leading sales teams within financial technology, treasury, or payments.
- Strong understanding of CFO priorities, treasury operations, and payment ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to inform strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related field.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Deep knowledge of FIS products and services is a plus.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
