As a Sales Executive – Quota Carrier, you’ll be part of a high-performing team selling FIS’s industry-leading Getpaid solution — our flagship Order-to-Cash platform — to corporate clients across the DACH region. You’ll help clients streamline receivables, reduce DSO, and improve working capital through automation and innovation.
About the Team
You’ll join a collaborative, international sales team focused on strategic growth across Europe. We work closely with pre-sales, product, and marketing to deliver tailored solutions that solve real business challenges for our clients.
What You Will Be Doing
Driving new business across the DACH region for FIS’s Getpaid solution.
Building relationships with senior stakeholders (CFO, Treasurer, Head of Shared Services) in large and mid-sized corporates.
Managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and close.
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver compelling demos, proposals, and RFP responses.
Staying informed on market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.
Meeting and exceeding quota and performance targets.
What You Will Need
Proven experience in B2B solution sales, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
Strong understanding of receivables, treasury, or working capital processes.
Fluent German and English communication skills.
Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
Willingness to travel across the DACH region.
Added Bonus If You Have
Experience selling Order-to-Cash, AR automation, or treasury solutions.
Familiarity with FIS Getpaid or similar platforms.
Knowledge of the corporate finance landscape in DACH.
Participation in relevant industry forums or events.
