About the role:
In this Product Management role, you’ll benefit from our heavy investment in R&D as you build and roll-out new products for the rapidly-changing fintech landscape. In order to advance the way the world pay, banks and invests, you’ll manage life-cycle planning activities for the delivery of new products and ensure changes in market and business priorities are reflected.
About the team:
We build and evolve credit assessment solutions that empower financial institutions to make smarter, faster, and more compliant lending decisions. Our team collaborates closely with engineering, data science, and client-facing teams to deliver scalable, intuitive products that support underwriting workflows across commercial and consumer lending.
What you will be doing:
Own the product strategy and roadmap for credit assessment capabilities, including underwriting, scoring models, and decisioning workflows.
Partner with clients, internal stakeholders, and domain experts to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
Define and prioritize product backlogs, write user stories, and guide cross-functional teams through agile development cycles.
Monitor product performance, user adoption, and feedback to continuously improve functionality and user experience.
Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to inform product direction and innovation.
What you will need:
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in financial services, fintech, or enterprise software.
Deep understanding of credit assessment processes, including underwriting, risk scoring, and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive product solutions.
Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with engineering, UX, and go-to-market teams.
Experience with Agile, Jira, Atlassian, Aha, Scrum.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing across levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience also considered.
Added Bonus if you have:
MBA degree in Business or Finance
Experience with commercial lending, small business credit, or specialized underwriting domains.
Familiarity with decisioning engines, credit data providers, or AI/ML applications in credit risk.
Background in banking operations, credit policy, or financial modeling.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $119,560.00 - $200,840.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
