The Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business growth across the corporate treasury and payments landscape. This is a hunter role focused on acquiring new logos and expanding FIS’s footprint in the mid-to-large corporate segment in France.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and close new business opportunities with corporate clients for FIS Treasury and Payment solutions.

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual sales targets.

  • Engage C-level stakeholders (CFOs, Treasurers, Heads of Payments) to understand their challenges and position FIS as a trusted advisor.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution consultants, and product teams to deliver compelling client proposals and demos.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.

  • Represent FIS at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

What You Bring

  • Proven hunter with a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a B2B enterprise software or fintech environment.

  • 5+ years of experience selling treasury, cash management, or payment solutions to corporates.

  • Strong understanding of corporate treasury operations, payment workflows, and financial risk management.

  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence senior decision-makers.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in English & French
