The Role
We are looking to add to our Sales Team based in EMEA. As a Sales Executive within the Office of the CFO Team, you will be responsible for driving new business across Switzerland focusing on mid-large size corporates,
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow FIS’s footprint across Switzerland.
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual sales targets.
Engage C-level stakeholders (CFOs, Treasurers, Heads of Payments) to understand their challenges and position FIS as a trusted advisor.
Collaborate with pre-sales, solution consultants, and product teams to deliver compelling client proposals and demos.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data within FIS CRM systems
Lead client engagements from initial discovery through to contract negotiation and closure
Represent FIS at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
What You Bring
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within Treasury and Payments industry
Strong understanding of corporate treasury operations and payment ecosystems selling treasury, cash management, or payment solutions to corporates.
Strong understanding of corporate treasury operations, payment workflows, and financial risk management.
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence senior decision-makers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
