About the Team

The Corporate Systems team at FIS is a dynamic group of professionals focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise systems to enhance organizational efficiency. This is a highly collaborative environment where innovation and continuous improvement are key.

What You Will Be Doing

• Administer and maintain Active Directory On-Prem (multiple domains) and Azure Active Directory environments, ensuring seamless integration and security.
• Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions to streamline user access across enterprise applications.
• Upgrade infrastructure to the latest versions, remediate vulnerabilities, and manage incident resolution (INC).
• Define business requirements for enterprise email and messaging solutions, working closely with end-users to capture specifications.
• Evaluate and recommend hardware/software solutions aligned with business needs.
• Ensure 24x7 availability and integration of email, messaging, and identity systems.
• Provide technical support for messaging and identity-related issues.
• Prepare documentation for administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

What You Bring

• Strong expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, and SSO technologies (e.g., ADFS, OAuth, SAML).
• Proficiency in Windows Server administration, including clustering and high-availability setups.
• Ability to manage migrations and upgrades (e.g.OS platforms).
• Scripting and automation skills for messaging and identity management.
• Exposure to global enterprise environments with international user bases.
