About the Team:
The FIS Cyber Threat Intelligence team is composed of highly skilled professionals dedicated to identifying emerging threats through in-depth research, collaboration with peer organizations and vendors, and analysis of threat actor behaviors. By continuously monitoring both internal and external threat sources, the team enables FIS security groups to proactively implement preventive measures and strategically prioritize risk mitigation across the enterprise. Our work spans multiple areas of cyber defense, offering valuable opportunities to expand expertise and develop new skills.

What you will be doing:
Responsibilities:

  • Monitor threat intelligence feeds and alerts from open-source and commercial platforms to identify emerging threats relevant to the organization.
  • Collect and ingest indicators of compromise (IOCs) into the Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP) to support proactive blocking.
  • Conduct searches in internal security tools (e.g., SIEM, TIP, EDR) to investigate potential threats, validate indicators, and enrich intelligence findings.
  • Assist in researching threat actors and campaigns, focusing on their tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Provide contextual threat intelligence to support incident response efforts and investigations.
  • Track and assess high-risk vulnerabilities, especially those with known exploits actively being used in the wild.
  • Monitor for compromised credentials and company-branded phishing domains to detect potential impersonation or fraud.
  • Identify and evaluate third-party risks, including vendor exposures and supply chain threats.
  • Apply the MITRE ATT&CK framework to analyze and report on emerging threats and adversary behaviors.
  • Applying critical thinking and a proactive mindset when making intelligence assessments.

What you bring:

  • 3 -6 Yrs of working experience is required.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, plan and work in an organized manner and rely on sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ability to handle daily responsibilities and special projects simultaneously
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and the public
