About the team:

FIS Corporate Actions Manager Suite – CAMS provides a complete end-to-end solution suite that automates the corporate actions process, from cleansing and standardizing data and providing firms a global, “golden copy” to downstream notification as well as the automation of response capture. CAMS combines intelligent software with enterprise-grade, multi-tenant secure architecture.

What you will be doing:

The Product Support Representative will be the primary business support and impact analyst for global clients from all sectors of the financial industry including banking, broker/dealer, asset management, hedge fund and custody. This role requires you to become a CAMS product subject matter expert with respect to global Corporate Actions for tracking, executing and processing. This is a Senior position that requires the individual to interact extensively with the client for ongoing operational and business support.

  • You will communicate to client as single point of contact

  • You will provide assistance with product demonstrations and knowledge calls

  • You will maintain client support and upgrade Information

  • You will attend operational and application support meetings

What you bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer support roles

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics or Faculty of Organizational Sciences.

  • Fluency in English

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • High degree of ownership and initiative

  • Ability to retain extensive product knowledge during training.

  • Effective communication and administrative skills.
