About the Team:

As an experienced Business Analyst in the FIS SFTC (Securities Finance Trading & Collateral) team you’ll be working on projects for international clients and supporting agile teams to develop a world class solution for Banking Collateral Management, as part of the wider FIS solution for retail and corporate lending – MPB (Modern Banking Platform).

Application is cloud-native, REST API driven and our stack is based on Java and Angular web-based frameworks.

What you will be doing:

• Proactively and collaboratively working with key stakeholders to drive and deliver your portion of the project.

• Gather requirements quickly and effectively, prioritizing across multiple projects.

• Clearly represent the functional design requirements and solution to stakeholders.

• Develop appropriate solutions within our Product Management team.

• Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to other team members within areas of expertise.

• Grow your skillset in close association with your teammates and other industry specialists from our wider organization.

• Assist in documenting product and release notes.

What you bring:

• 5+ years' experience in banking domain.

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst in a commercial software environment.

• Knowledge of end-to-end software development cycles.

• Proficiency in defining and implementing an overall solution.

• Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are advantageous.

• Dynamic and flexible. Respond well to changing priorities from different sources.

• Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.

• Ability to adapt on the fast-paced environment with frequent requirements to learn new things

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a plus.

• Thinking out of the box is always a plus

Added bonus if you have:

• Loans and Collateral lifecycle knowledge.

• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.

• Familiarity with APIs and integration protocols.
