Monitors and manages large volumes of transactions, updates data in systems and performs reconciliations, other processing daily. Assists with various tasks related to deal management. Communicates with internal and external parties, regarding deal-specific items. Be Flexible with the working hours. Involves client communication.
Job Requirements:
Education/Training (or equivalent):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience (Type of work experience, minimum number of years):
- Minimum 1 – 5 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance or Investment banking operations
Technical or Administrative Knowledge:
- Highly proficient with Microsoft software
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Basic Bloomberg knowledge desired
- Basic knowledge of securities
- Loan Syndication, CLO/CDO experience mandatory

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exercises independent judgment and multi-task oriented
- Takes initiative and ownership of job responsibilities

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Prepares daily reconciliation of cash transactions
- Prepares daily reconciliation of portfolio assets
- Manages large volumes of transactions and monitors account balances
- Actively researches discrepancies with various agents and clients
- Liaison with counterparts to ensure accuracy of transaction flow and follows up on outstanding issues
- Processes and reconciles data in various systems
- Works closely with others to resolve issues effectively and timely
- Prepares various reports needed by internal employees and handles client requests relating to cash management
- Other duties as assigned by Management
- Perform all tasks in line with Standard Operating Procedure docs (SOPs) within the internal or market deadlines
- Monitor controls and checks associated with tasks in SOPs to ensure accuracy of data, escalate any issues and near misses to management, work to reduce risk at every opportunity
- Work with management team and other departments to ensure that SLA breaches and/or performance issues are closed out in a timely fashion
- Prioritize root cause analysis and implement fixes to prevent issues reoccurring
- Strive to exceed agreed SLAs wherever possible and provide excellent level of support
- Work to reduce risk at every opportunity by adhering to risk and control policies, highlighting control gaps, escalate risks and suggesting improvements to processes
- Take ownership for complex issues and drive them to resolution working closely with client teams
- Maintain and monitor a query/workload tracker to close out tasks or issues within agreed framework escalating where necessary
- Play a key role in shaping requirements
- Ability to train others – internal and cross training across Loan servicing group
- Track record of proposed/implemented process improvements
- Responsibility for global projects
